Release Notes - v1.405.1 (2026-10-16)

Bug Fixes

  • Guest Charging: Guest drivers can now pay for and start a session on connectors numbered 3 and above, including when paying by phone. Previously only connectors 1 and 2 were accepted

Release Notes - v1.405.0 (2026-10-15)

New Features

  • Reporting: Added a NYISO report template
  • Mobile App: Payment methods added through Apple Pay or Google Pay now show a wallet icon

Release Notes - v1.403.2 (2026-10-14)

Bug Fixes

  • Network Manager: Archived stations no longer appear in connector and panel lists

Release Notes - v1.401.0 (2026-10-13)

New Features

  • Network Manager: Energy management panels can now be enabled or disabled, so a panel can be set up before its stations go live. The panel table shows each panel’s Enabled/Disabled status, and the panel drawer has an Active/Disabled switch. Disabling a panel asks for confirmation; in-progress sessions and chargers keep the last limits energy management applied

Release Notes - v1.400.2 (2026-10-13)

Bug Fixes

  • AI Phone Agent: The agent now tells callers a station’s guest charging fee again, instead of saying there is no fee
  • AI Phone Agent: Opening hours are now checked in the location’s own timezone, so locations are no longer reported as closed in the late afternoon and evening
  • AI Phone Agent: Phone payments are now refused before the caller enters a card if the charger can’t start a session (location closed, station offline or inactive, or connector unavailable)

Release Notes - v1.400.0 (2026-10-13)

New Features

  • Network Manager: Location pages now include a satellite map of the location’s stations. Each marker is colored by connector status, and hovering over one shows connector details and any session in progress. An edit mode lets you drag stations to correct their positions, then save
  • Network Manager: The dashboard has a new time range selector (3, 6, 12 or 24 months). Charts and Environmental Impact update to match the selected range

General Improvements

  • Network Manager: Each dashboard chart’s headline figure is now the total for the selected period, not the latest month’s value
  • Network Manager: The connector status chart now counts only active stations, so planned and maintenance units no longer inflate the Unavailable count
  • Network Manager: Added a Documentation link to the settings navigation

Bug Fixes

  • Network Manager: Environmental Impact now includes the last day of the selected period

Release Notes - v1.399.1 (2026-10-12)

Bug Fixes

  • Guest Charging: Paying for a session by phone without giving an email address now starts the charging session, instead of holding the card without starting the charger

Release Notes - v1.399.0 (2026-10-12)

New Features

  • Charging Receipts: Guest charging sessions, including free ones, now generate receipts. A guest receipt’s total is the amount charged to the guest’s card (session cost plus convenience fee), so guests can look up their receipt by the amount on their card statement. Receipts have also been created for past guest sessions
  • Charging Receipts: Stations now show the final-cost QR code at the end of guest charging sessions, so guests can scan it to view their receipt
  • Site Manager: The receipt details view now shows the guest convenience fee as its own line, matching the receipt PDF
  • Site Manager: Receipt PDFs now identify the station by its serial number

Release Notes - v1.398.0 (2026-10-12)

New Features

  • AI Phone Agent: Callers can now find the charger they are at by giving the station ID printed on the charger, a business or landmark name, or a street address
  • AI Phone Agent: Callers can now pay to start a charging session over the phone. After the caller confirms the station and hold amount, they enter their card on the phone keypad. Phone payments are available on networks where they have been enabled

Release Notes - v1.397.2 (2026-10-12)

Bug Fixes

  • Notifications: The upcoming payment reminder email is now sent again; an error had been preventing it from being generated

Release Notes - v1.397.0 (2026-10-12)

New Features

  • Billing: Per-session billing is now available. On networks that use it, drivers are charged for each session after it ends instead of on a monthly invoice

Bug Fixes

  • Network Manager: Saving a driver’s name no longer fails when the driver has no email or phone number on file

Release Notes - v1.395.0 (2026-10-08)

New Features

  • Mobile App: When an action requires a newer version of the app, drivers now see a prompt to update instead of a generic error. The prompt can be dismissed with “Not Now”, and updating installs the latest version directly in the app

Release Notes - v1.394.0 (2026-10-07)

General Improvements

  • Sessions: Billed session time now starts when the station reports that charging began, not when the session was created. Time-based fees and session duration limits no longer count the time before charging starts. If the reported charging start time is too far from the session start time, the session is sent to manual review instead of being billed automatically

Release Notes - v1.393.0 (2026-10-07)

General Improvements

  • Sessions: Fewer valid sessions are flagged for Manual Review, so more sessions complete automatically:
    • DC sessions now allow small meter-reading decreases in proportion to the connector’s rated power
    • Free-rate sessions are no longer sent to manual review
    • Sessions that stopped because of a power loss or were aborted are no longer flagged for that reason alone. They go through the same checks as other sessions instead

Bug Fixes

  • Network Manager: When you add a station from a pre-filled model and then edit its power type or connectors (for example, to lower the max power or amperage), the station is now saved with your edited values instead of the model’s defaults

Release Notes - v1.392.1 (2026-10-06)

Bug Fixes

  • Billing: The sales tax percentage shown on invoices is now rounded to four decimal places instead of displaying long, unrounded values

Release Notes - v1.392.0 (2026-10-06)

New Features

  • Network Manager: When adding a driver, you can now choose not to send the automatic email invitation
  • Network Manager: When adding a site partner user, you can now turn off email verification. The new user is not sent a temporary password but still receives email instructions for accessing the portal

Release Notes - v1.391.0 (2026-10-06)

Bug Fixes

  • Guest Charging: The payment form can no longer be submitted before all of its fields are filled in

Release Notes - v1.390.0 (2026-10-06)

Bug Fixes

  • Network Manager: Creating or editing an electrical panel no longer fails with an error when the site already has panels mixing single- and dual-station breakers

Release Notes - v1.387.1 (2026-10-01)

Bug Fixes

  • Mobile App: The AutoCharge vehicle eligibility list now only includes makes, models and model years confirmed to support AutoCharge, so unsupported vehicles (such as pre-2027 Chevrolet Bolt EV/EUV) are no longer shown as eligible

Release Notes - v1.387.0 (2026-10-01)

New Features

  • Network Manager: The site partner page now has a Nayax payment terminal setup card that shows whether the site partner’s Nayax Operator ID is connected to each payment connection, with an Enabled, Disabled, or Pending status. Saving an Operator ID connects it automatically, a Sync Status button retries any connection that has not completed, and you are asked to confirm before changing or removing an existing Operator ID

Bug Fixes

  • Network Manager: Enabling or disabling rate display for a station now takes effect right away, instead of only after the station next reconnects

Release Notes - v1.385.1 (2026-09-24)

Bug Fixes

  • Mobile App: Drivers are now offered AutoCharge enrollment at any station that sends a vehicle ID, not only at stations explicitly configured for AutoCharge

Release Notes - v1.385.0 (2026-09-24)

New Features

  • Network Manager: Rates can now be created directly from the console. A new Create Rate button in the Rates panel opens a form where you set pricing in dollars, kWh, and minutes, and a charger description is generated automatically
  • Mobile App: Pricing now shows “(inc. taxes)” so drivers know displayed prices include taxes

General Improvements

  • Mobile App: Refreshed the AutoCharge vehicle screens. Vehicles disabled due to inactivity now show a banner explaining how to re-enroll by starting a charging session, and vehicle images fall back to a generic car when no image is available for the make and model

Breaking Changes

  • Mobile App: AutoCharge now supports the 2027 Chevrolet Bolt. Older Chevrolet Bolt EV (2017–2023) and Bolt EUV (2022–2023) models are no longer supported for AutoCharge

Release Notes - v1.381.1 (2026-09-22)

Bug Fixes

  • Network Manager: Switching between stations now fully refreshes the station page — the Associated With card no longer shows the previously viewed station’s location, site partners and network
  • Network Manager: The station info form no longer carries over the previously viewed station’s latitude, longitude, sort order and short code, so saving an edit can no longer overwrite a station with another station’s details

Release Notes - v1.378.0 (2026-09-18)

New Features

  • Mobile App: Drivers can now enroll a vehicle in AutoCharge from the app. While charging at an AutoCharge-enabled station, the app offers enrollment: check the vehicle’s eligibility by scanning or typing its VIN (or choosing its make, model and year), give it a name, and future sessions start as soon as the vehicle is plugged in. Enrolled vehicles are listed under My Vehicles, where they can be renamed or removed
  • Network Manager: Vehicles can now be added for a driver from the driver page by creating a Vehicle authorization method with a nickname and, optionally, the VIN, make, model and year. The Authorization Methods tab groups vehicle tokens under their vehicle

General Improvements

  • Network Manager: Network Manager has been refreshed with Nayax branding and redesigned detail pages
  • Network Manager: The driver page shows the driver’s account creation date again

Bug Fixes

  • Network Manager: Editing a network no longer resets its type to Public

Release Notes - v1.377.0 (2026-09-10)

General Improvements

  • Network Manager: Network Manager is now served from the energy.nayax.com addresses. Existing admin addresses redirect to the new location, so saved links and bookmarks continue to work

Release Notes - v1.376.0 (2026-09-03)

General Improvements

  • Network Manager: Site types in the site partner creation form now include short descriptions explaining what each type means

Bug Fixes

  • Network Manager: Charging schedules now allow a larger number of schedule periods, so detailed schedules no longer hit the previous limit

Release Notes - v1.375.1 (2026-09-02)

Bug Fixes

  • Reporting: Station downtime is now recorded correctly when a station disconnect is reported more than once, so uptime and downtime reports keep updating instead of stalling

Release Notes - v1.374.4 (2026-09-02)

Bug Fixes

  • Guest Charging: Rate updates now keep the maximum cost limit, so guest sessions show and apply the correct cost cap

Release Notes - v1.374.3 (2026-09-02)

Bug Fixes

  • Guest Charging: Clearing a station’s short code now removes it from guest charging as well, so a station whose short code was deleted is no longer reachable by the old code

Release Notes - v1.372.0 (2026-08-27)

New Features

  • Network Manager: Added Account > Team Members, where you can manage the users on your own team

General Improvements

  • Network Manager: The standalone Network Users page has been replaced by Account > Team Members, and existing links redirect there
  • Network Manager: Per-row actions in the user tables are now grouped into a single actions menu, and unavailable actions explain why they’re disabled

Release Notes - v1.366.0 (2026-08-21)

New Features

  • Network Manager: The panel drawer now shows a tooltip explaining the 80% panel limit, making it clearer why available capacity is capped

Bug Fixes

  • Site Manager: Requesting a password reset with an unrecognized email address now completes normally instead of showing an error
  • Site Manager: Attaching a discount is now retried when the station isn’t available yet, so newly added stations no longer miss their discount
  • Network Manager: Password-change confirmation notifications are now sent reliably

Release Notes - v1.359.0 (2026-08-12)

New Features

  • Network Manager: Site partner users are now managed from a Users tab on the site partner page, replacing the standalone Users page, with inline phone editing and per-row removal
  • Network Manager: Search now finds a site partner by its users’ names or emails

Bug Fixes

  • Network Manager: Fixed issues when editing site partner users — phone numbers no longer show a doubled country code, and switching rows no longer silently discards unsaved edits
  • Network Manager: Utility site partners can view and manage their existing users again; only adding new users is blocked

Release Notes - v1.358.0 (2026-08-12)

New Features

  • Network Manager: Added support for deleting stations and locations. Historical data is retained, so past sessions and reports remain complete after a deletion

Release Notes - v1.357.0 (2026-08-11)

New Features

  • Mobile App: Drivers can now stop an active charging session directly from the session details screen at stations that do not charge idle fees, and the app confirms once the session has ended

Release Notes - v1.355.1 (2026-08-10)

Bug Fixes

  • Mobile App: Looking up a station by its short code now only matches stations on your own network, so scanning or entering a short code that is also used by another network returns the correct station instead of an unrelated one

Release Notes - v1.354.0 (2026-08-06)

Bug Fixes

  • Reporting: JUNY outage reports are back to the required 10-column utility format in both the network-wide and per-utility versions, including outage ID and port ID columns
  • Plug & Charge: Signed certificates delivered to OCPP 1.6 stations no longer include a field that only exists in OCPP 2.0.1, so stations with strict payload validation accept the certificate instead of rejecting it

Release Notes - v1.353.1 (2026-08-04)

Bug Fixes

  • Charging Stations: Free Vend can no longer be enabled on a station that is assigned to a paid rate. The rule is now enforced when a station is created (including the station CSV bulk upload) and when a station’s rate is changed, not only when auth methods are edited directly, so a station can no longer end up giving away paid charging
  • Network Manager: When a Free Vend and paid rate combination is rejected, the station create form, station upload drawer, and rate change all now show the specific reason instead of a generic “Something went wrong”, “Missing/Incorrect information”, or “Please check the ID and try again” message

Release Notes - v1.351.0 (2026-07-30)

New Features

  • Reporting: Downtime reports now include the error details a station reports when it goes offline, so the downtime reason reflects the charger’s specific vendor error code instead of only the general status

General Improvements

  • Reporting: Error details are backfilled onto recent past outages, so historical downtime entries show the same level of detail as new ones

Bug Fixes

  • Reporting: Stations that re-report the same fault during an ongoing outage no longer create duplicate downtime entries, so fault counts in downtime reports are no longer inflated
  • Reporting: An outage can no longer be closed with an end time earlier than its start time, which previously produced negative downtime durations

Release Notes - v1.350.0 (2026-07-30)

General Improvements

  • Network Manager: OCPP message log entries now show which side sent each message (station or platform), making it easier to trace a conversation

Bug Fixes

  • Charging Stations: Free vend stations that send an empty ID tag can now start charging sessions instead of being rejected

Release Notes - v1.348.2 (2026-07-27)

Bug Fixes

  • Site Manager: Discount error messages now direct you to your brand’s support phone number instead of an out-of-date support email address

Release Notes - v1.346.0 (2026-07-16)

New Features

  • Network Manager: Added a new connector management card for viewing and managing a station’s connectors
  • Network Manager: Site host pages now display the locations associated with the site host
  • Network Manager: Networks now support a mobile number and a dedicated support phone number

General Improvements

  • Reporting: Charger downtime is now tracked per connector, giving more granular uptime and availability reporting

Bug Fixes

  • Charging: A future-dated ongoing transaction can no longer permanently block new transactions from starting on a connector
  • Energy Management: Ceiling rules for DC fast chargers are now validated correctly and take effect immediately once validated
  • Network Manager: The recent activity table now handles drivers without a name instead of breaking

Release Notes - v1.344.2 (2026-07-14)

Bug Fixes

  • Network Manager: OCPP message logs are now paired by station, so request and response messages no longer get mismatched across different stations

Release Notes - v1.342.2 (2026-07-09)

General Improvements

  • Updated API Reference documentation for V2 identity resources.

V2 Identity Resources

We introduced new V2 API resources versions for token, and actions such as adding a driver to a site partner.

Tokens

Version 2 of tokens provides better ergonomics and additionally functionality, such as
  • A globally unique id, rather than using the token value as the identifier.
  • Dedicated field for the token value.
  • Ability to re-use a token value in a new token if all tokens with that value are archived.
Example:
You can see the updated API here /api/identity/token/list-all-tokens.

Private Charging
